CarpetX, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Partial Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted products may not qualify for refunds.
